No Refund/Return Policy

All items are made by hand, which makes them one-of-a-kind and unique. Because of this, all items are not eligible for refunds or returns*.

All sales are final.

Extreme Circumstance Exchange Policy

*For extreme circumstances, an exchange can be made. No monetary refunds are given.

IF however, your item arrives damaged beyond repair within the packaging, please get in touch with me so we can fix this.

Just so you know, pictures from the box opening are required.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to me. The item MUST be shipped back unused and in the state that it was shipped in, (i.e. not played with and in the original packaging-pictures required). If the item looks like it was used, an exchange will not be issued.

*Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after the item has arrived back to me, in addition to the lead time for re-creating the item.

We can not guarantee that any products created, or supplies used in our products, will not cause allergic reactions.

• Dyes used in yarn/wool may cause allergic reactions & may be flammable.

• Vinyl used in vinyl products may cause allergic reactions.

• Craft items have been made in home environments which are susceptible to coming into contact with pets (cats & dogs), other animals.

• All items are made in a non-smoking environment, however we can not guarantee that any supplies used in our products haven't been around smoking or other toxins.

• Products on this site may use glue and adhesive products which may cause allergic reactions, & long-term illnesses. These products may also be flammable. All glues and adhesives used are craft store-approved glues.

• Packaging may be flammable.

• Most dolls are made with sculpting wire/aluminum wire which may cause injury or illness if used outside it's intended purpose including but not limited to rough play.

• Most products are made with safety eyes and stuffing, these items can be a choking hazard if swallowed.

We do not provide any warranty or guarantees as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance or completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered by Yarnitude Crochet for any particular purpose.
